Returns & Refund Policy

At Fallen Store, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with U.S. consumer practices.

1. Important Guidelines

Before making a purchase, please:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing details.
  • Keep your order confirmation and receipt.
  • Retain the original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and do not use the product.

2. Return & Exchange Requests

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Processing time for exchanges: up to 15 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

For apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or marks.

Important: Returns that show signs of use or are missing components may be rejected.

Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item

Partial Refund (40%)

If you request a return without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind, dislike):

  • You will receive 40% of the product value.
  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
This policy reflects restocking, operational, and processing costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final sale items (if applicable).

Personalized products cannot be resold and are only eligible for replacement in case of manufacturing defects or errors.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exception: If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund methods: Credit card (original method) or other payment methods accordingly.
